Phoenix Family Solutions Ltd offer an initial fixed fee consultation which is charged at £160+vat (£192) and payable in advance of the meeting. This will provide for a meeting with our qualified Family Lawyer Mediator via video calling and can often be the best course of action in deciding your next steps.
The initial consultation can be booked by using the link below and please provide the information required, which will assist in making the most out of your meeting with us.
Please note that we need to know the third-party details in order to comply with conflict of interest searches in advance of our meeting with you. If we have spoken to the other party, or have any pre-knowledge of your case, this may prevent us from advising or representing you.
Once the form has been received we will contact you to confirm a mutually convenient appointment date and time. We can also respond to any initial queries about our services that you may have although kindly note we will not provide any pre-meeting advice or cater for pre-meeting reading time.
Once the appointment is made we will request payment. This can be paid by bank transfer. Our bank details can be provided when confirming our appointment with you. Please note, at this time, we do not accept cash or cheques.
Following our initial fixed fee meeting we will be able to provide you with a full estimate of our costs tailored to your situation.
