Family Mediation is a recognised form of dispute resolution for separating or separated families who may be experiencing the common difficulties in sorting out arrangements associated with relationship breakdown. We are a privately run family practice established in 2022 and our objective is to help separating families find solutions. We will help you in moving forward with focussed discussions and exploring options in resolving issues. Our aim is to help you sort out problems with looking at ways to reach an agreement acceptable to both.
Within our services we able to offer Family Mediation for a wide range of issues, for example, this might be financial aspects within a relationship breakdown leading to separation or divorce, civil partnerships, or cohabitation. Or to assist with problems surrounding child arrangements to do with contact or who they live with.

Deborah Whicker is an Accredited Family Mediator with the Family Mediation Council and also a Specialist Family Lawyer. Deborah has the additional qualification to undertake direct consultation mediation with children which can give your child a voice. Deborah is passionate in helping families in difficult and emotional situations with a constructive and practical approach to resolving issues.
